How we handle your information.
This notice explains what information Sable Circuit collects through this website, why, where it is kept and how you can ask us to delete it. We have written it to be short and plain.
Who we are
Sable Circuit (“we”, “us”) is a newly established, U.S.-based studio offering design consulting, specification, supplier introductions and project coordination for private simulation rooms. For any privacy question or request, use the privacy request form below, or reply to any email we have sent you.
What the inquiry form collects
- Your name and email address
- Optionally, a phone or WhatsApp number
- Who you are (for example private client, designer or integrator), project location, project type, service of interest, indicative budget and timing
- Anything you write in the “vision” field
- Your consent confirmation and the date and time of submission
Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example health, financial account or identity-document details) in the form.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Ads and OpenAI (ChatGPT) ads conversion measurement. When a private inquiry is successfully sent, those tags record a conversion so we can measure ad performance, and they may set cookies for that measurement. Like any website, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service — such as IP address, browser type and request time — in server and security logs. Our form provider may also apply automated spam filtering to submissions.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, discuss your project and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it is stored
When you submit a form, it is processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, which emails it to our business inbox and keeps a stored copy for a limited period that we set. Our email is hosted by Google. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and email, or — only with your permission — with a supplier or installation specialist when that is needed to prepare your proposal. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep the records reasonably needed for the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations. Spam submissions are deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw your consent for us to keep it, using the form below with the same email address you used before. We will respond within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete, including from our form provider and inbox.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submissions is limited to the people who run Sable Circuit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
Children
This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
Contacting Sable Circuit
Sable Circuit is a newly established studio based in the United States. We do not currently operate a public office or showroom; consultations are held remotely or by appointment. To reach us, use the private inquiry form — every message is read personally and answered by email.
Sable Circuit provides design, specification and coordination services. It does not currently sell hardware or perform installations, takes no equipment deposits, and represents no supplier or installer affiliation unless one has been confirmed in writing.
